“My daughter and to all those graduates this year across the country, as the great poet Khalil Gibran said. “Your children are not your children they are the sons and daughters of life longing for itself. You may give them your love but not your thought’s,

You may house there bodies not not there souls , for there souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams. You may strive to be like them, buys seek not to make them like you. For life goes goes not backward or tarries with yesterday.

You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth. The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite, and he bends you with his might that his arrow may go swift and far. Let your bending in the archers hand be for gladness; For even as he loves the arrow that flies, so he also loves the bow that is stable.”

Crown Prince Hussein emphasised the need of keeping up with artificial intelligence breakthroughs and acquiring skills to satisfy the labour market's current and future needs, such as analytical thinking, innovation, complicated problem solving, and strategic planning.

Crown Prince Hussein, speaking at the Crown Prince Foundation's "Tawasol: Dialogue on Reality and Aspirations" forum on April 29th, emphasised the importance of honing the talents of university and institute graduates in order to improve their sense of initiative, adaptation, and flexibility.

HRH recommended having faith in Jordanians' talents to fulfil the nation's aspirations during the forum, which was held at the King Hussein Business Park and attended by Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh and Miss Rajwa Alseif, a thought that His Majesty King Abdullah always emphasises.

The Crown Prince stated that the rapid and efficient execution of political, economic, and administrative modernization will benefit young empowerment. (Image courtesy of Petra)

His Royal Highness called for a change "in the way we work, so we can work seriously and professionally in implementation and follow-up" in order to capitalise on Jordan's serious, quality plans for the future.

"We must learn from the past, overcome our fears, and make a qualitative leap in our performance," said the Crown Prince.

His Royal Highness ascribed the failure to implement many previous good initiatives that were intended to benefit the people to a variety of causes, including the bloated public sector, scepticism, or certain officials' fear of losing favour.

According to the Crown Prince, social and economic prosperity are largely determined by the transparency and effectiveness of public institutions, as well as the quality of services provided to Jordanians.

His Royal Highness stated that graduates of specialties that are no longer in demand in the labour market experience the most difficulties in finding work.

The Crown Prince urged young people to invest in specialties and professions in high demand in the labour market, as well as to let go of preconceived notions about specific vocations, emphasising that young people must keep moving forward to prevent despair.

"Be brave in your future. "Today, waiting for an opportunity means passing it up," His Royal Highness reminded Jordan's youth.

"Youth are responsible for their future, but their right to empowerment is a responsibility shared by all sectors, most notably the public sector," the Crown Prince added.

"We owe it to ourselves to create a better reality, to rethink our wasted resources and capabilities, and to put the right talent in the right place," His Royal Highness emphasised.

"In our country, we have outstanding young capabilities, and Jordanians always prove that Jordanians walk the talk," the Crown Prince stated.

Jordanians' work ethics and professionalism, according to His Royal Highness, are recognised by Arabs and people all over the world, particularly in the technical field, as well as in digital industries, entrepreneurship, start-ups, pharmaceutical and food industries, sports, and tourism.

Jordanian principles, according to the Crown Prince, should be mirrored in Jordan's academic, technical, and professional curricula and better applied in educational and professional spheres.

The conference covered a variety of issues, including young Jordanians' objectives in the realms of politics, economy, and business, as well as social, legal, education, media, and tourism.

Nearly 500 specialists from public, corporate, and other institutions, as well as other youth organisations, attended the event.

The session was attended by a number of ministers and officials.

Crown Prince Hussein explains how he met Rajwa El Seif, his fiancée.

The story was told by the crown prince at a "Tawasol: Dialogue on Reality and Aspirations" forum session on April 29, 2023, the day after Rajwa's birthday.

In answer to a question from one of the participants in the debate session at the Crown Prince Foundation's "Tawasol" forum, the prince stated, "I got to know my fiancée, Rajawa, through one of my classmates from school."

In 2021, the couple finally met in person. He went on to say that he didn't speak to her for a while after they met, but something happened that made him remember her, so he wanted to inquire about her and interact with her, and that's how fate brought them together.

"I consider myself fortunate," he remarked, "because it is not every day that a person meets someone like Rajwa."

The young prince revealed that as their wedding approaches, they are happy and delighted, and they wish everyone pleasure and joy.
