 Hello, sorry for the late post on HRH Princess Iman's wedding, I have been busy with life and moving back to Canada.



Her Royal Highness Princess Iman bint Abdullah II married Mr. Jameel Alexander Thermiotis on Sunday, March 12th, 2023, in the presence of Their Majesties King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein and Queen Rania Al Abdullah at the Sovereign's private family house at Beit Al Urdun.






Their Majesties welcome the invited guests 

Princess Iman bint Abdullah was escorted by her elder brother Crown Prince Hussein, receives kisses from her parents, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania, on her way to her wedding.

The wedding was attended by Their Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and his fiancee Miss Rajwa AL Saif, Prince Hashem bin Abdullah II.

Extended members of the royal family who attended were: Their Royal Highnesses Prince Ali bin Al Hussein (bride´s uncle), Princess Rym Ali (Prince Ali's wife), Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein (King's brother), Princess Zeina Faisal (Prince Faisal's wife), Princess Aisha bint Al Hussein (King´s sister), Princess Rahma bint El Hassan (King's cousin), Princess Sumaya bit el Hassan (King's cousin), Mr. Alaa Batayneh (princess Rahma's husband) behind him is Tarek Judeh the son of Princess Sumaya, Muna Jumaa (Princess Aisha's daughter), Abdul Hamid Al Saleh (Princess Alia bint al Hussein's son), Aoun Jumaa (Princess Aisha's son), Prince Omar al Faisal (Prince Faisal's son), Princess Sarah bint Faisal, Princess Jalilah bint Ali, Prince Abdullah bin Ali, Princess Alia bint Al Hussein (King´s eldest sister), Princess Zein bin al Hussein (King's sister), Princess Basma bint Talal (King's aunt), Princess Taghred (the widow of Prince Muhammad, King's uncle), Prince Ghazi bin Muhammad, Princess Miriam Ghazi (Prince Muhammad's wife), Prince Rashid bin el Hassan (King's cousin), Princess Raiyah bin El Hussein, Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, Princess Aisha bint Faisal, Mr. Faris Nodovan (Princess Raiyah's husband), Princess Zeina Rashid (Prince Rashid's wife), Prince El Hassan (King Abdullah's uncle), Princess Sarvath El Hassan, Princess Muna Al Hussein (bride's grandmother and King's mother), Prince Hashem bin Al Hussein, Prince Talal bin Muhammad (King's cousin), Princess Firyal Irshaid (Prince Talal's mother), Princess Ghida Talal (Prince Talal's wife), Jumana Saleh (Princess Zein's daughter) with her husband Tarek Khalaf, Jafar Al Saleh and his wife Aisha (Princess Zein's son), Soukaina Judeh (Princess Sumaya´s daughter), Zein El Sharaf Judeh(Princess Sumaya´s daughter), Princess Alia Tabaa, Prince Hussein Mirza (Princess Alia bint al Hussein's eldest son), Muhammad al Halawni (Princess Ayah's husband), Princess Ayah bint Faisal.









The wedding was also attended by members of the Thermiotis family, and a number of invited visitors which included Her Excellency Sheikha Amthal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed, son of the President of the UAE, Ms. Intisar Al-Sisi, wife of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed, member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, as well as Sheikh Issa, son of Bahrain’s Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad. As well as other royal family members from Egypt and Kuwait.


HRH Prince Al-Hussein, the bride's older brother, and Prince Hashem, the bride's younger brother were witnesses to the marriage contract of their sister Iman. 





After the ceremony:

After the completion of the marriage ceremony, the newlyweds witnessed a Jordanian parade by the young men of the Jordanian Royal Guard held at the Jordan House, which was chosen to marry the king's daughter, following Jordanian customs and traditions, which stipulate that the bride marries in her father's house.
