What might Her Majesty wear for the Fall 2017-2018's engagement? #Jordan #LoveJO #حب #الأردن #حب_الأردن
As the 2016-17 royal calendar comes almost to an end it is safe to say that I have been on my toes and my eyes have been doing some major fashion shopping and reading, following up on the various runway shows(Couture, Ready-To-Wear and Resorts) compiling a few "ah That will look good on Her Majesty" "That is so Queen Rania's style" "Oh a new designer Her Majesty will absolutely adore to wear""Will love to see her in this" or my famous "Only Queen Rania can wear that and look good in it but I wouldn't".
I will do an attempt in predicting Her Majesty's wardrobe choices for the new season court circular by various categories, designers(her go-to, usual, known, unusual), events well in a disorganized organized manner
I know what you are thinking we may not see the Hashemites royal family for a while but we may see them on a few cliche of their holidays or very soon that of the graduation ceremony of Crown Prince Hussein from Sandhurst Academy.
We don't normally have the Jordanian Royal family court circular in advance except on the occasions of an incoming or outgoing foreign state visits, Foreign as well as National conferences(like World Economic Forums, Education forums, awards and many other. But we do know that in the upcoming weeks Her Majesty who will be celebrating her 47th birthday on August 31st will attend the Amman Design week(preparations as well as the Launch for this year).
If I have to describe Queen Rania in a few words will be: Advocate, Philanthrope, Community leader, Humanitarian, Wife, Mother, Queen and Style Icon.
Whether she is advocating for a tolerant, compassionate and bridge building amongst people of all cultures and backgrounds, stereotype challenge breaker or for an education reform in Jordan, supporting Jordanian's endeavours and helping to create new opportunities for them, empowering communities and women especially through microfinance initiatives; protect children and families, and drive innovation, technology and entrepreneurship, especially amongst young people, attending speeches, conferences or awards, or spending time with her children, private dinners with His Majesty King Abdullah II, state visit with him, Her Majesty never fails to display a lineup of elegant outfits, which she pulls off with a check mark.
To give a perfect definition of her style I will say refine chic with a sartorial look.
Her list of designers varies and includes plenty of international designers like Valentino, Chanel, Balmain, Dior but as well up-and-coming Middle Eastern talents like Krikor Jabotian, Areej Al Qudah and many others
In my next post I will be writing about the styles and pieces I found.
XOXO
